All of my public collections are found here: https://tlbvelophotography.pixieset.com/
Besides cycling races and events, I also enjoy capturing the following:
Golf: https://tlbvelophotography.pixieset.com/golf/
Portraits: https://tlbvelophotography.pixieset.com/portraits/
Surfing: https://tlbvelophotography.pixieset.com/haikusurfers/
Christmas: https://tlbvelophotography.pixieset.com/christmas/
On and off the road, I have been fortunate enough to provide event photography for major events around the world. I enjoy making all riders look like pros, capturing the effort that they put into their pedals.
I love capturing an event in its totality -- from the macro to the micro. I also love the beauty found in the interplay between rider and machine. Most importantly, I love finding the beauty in the determination (and sometimes suffering...) of every face I capture.
Being part of my community is incredibly important to me and I love doing what I can to support it, whether through my event photography or virtual photography. Contact me to discuss!
With gratitude, I recognize that I live, learn, and play on traditional lands, and I acknowledge and pay my respect to the First Nations and Métis ancestors of the Coast Salish (Musqueam, Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh) territory. I acknowledge that the Indigenous peoples are the traditional stewards of the lands and waters. I am committed to learn more about the Coast Salish people in hopes of building better relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada and beyond. For more information about the land you are on, see resources such as www.whose.land and native-land.ca.
